We are always looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with young children. Kinderdance®, Kindergym®, Kindertots®, Kindercombo™, and Kindermotion® teachers are an enthusiastic group who travel from site to site, bringing the joy of learning through Dance, Gymnastics, and Fitness classes to children ages 2 to 12.

Kinderdance® evaluates candidates on an individual basis, however, we prefer candidates who have experience working or enjoy working with young children, are physically active, have a basic knowledge in dance and/or gymnastics, and/or a commensurate degree in either Early Childhood Education and/or Dance.

Kinderdance® trains its teachers to use dance, motor development, and movement as a vehicle to learning. Teachers participate in regular meetings and engage in ongoing communication as part of a thriving education through dance, gymnastics, and fitness company. We truly appreciate and value our teachers!

Most Kinderdance® teachers work part-time on a fixed schedule that enables them to plan around their other activities and obligations. Each class has 8 to 12 students which meet once a week for a 30 minute to one hour long class depending on the subject being taught. Kinderdance® and Kindercombo™ classes are one hour long while Kindergym® and Kindertots® classes are 30 minutes long. Kindermotion® ages 3 to 5 are 30 minutes long and ages 6 to 12 are 45 minutes long. Times and class sizes may vary.

The Franchisee provides basic supplies, original music, curriculum-lesson plans and a written manual. The teacher provides the energy and enthusiasm that make children ask, "Is today Kinderdance® day?" as they are getting dressed for child care or school. Programs are taught in various locations including Child Care Centers, Preschools, Public and Private Elementary Schools, Church School Programs, YMCA and Recreation Centers, Jewish Community Centers, Military Bases, and Corporate Day Care Centers. Wherever there are young children you will find the Kinderdance® programs being taught.

Franchisees train teachers in the exact Kinderdance® method of teaching young children. Teachers learn the exact developmental age appropriate dance, motor development, gymnastics, and fitness curricula taught over the past 27 years to hundred's of thousands of children.

Salaries, schedules, and opportunities vary in different parts of the United States, Canada, and other countries where Kinderdance® is being taught. Check with our List of Franchisees. You can visit the Franchisee Web site in your community and call for further information. If you are a teacher and there is no franchise in your area, click on "Franchise Opportunities" to find out how you might become a Franchisee and serve the children in your community.
