Kinderdance Area Developer, Kirthana Ramarapu, Kinderdance in India, has two new signed franchise agreements. We are proud to announce a Bronze level franchise operated by Ankit and Aarushi Singhania and a Silver level franchise operated by Pooja Mittal and Vruchika Suresh Jain of India. All franchisees have successfully completed their training and are now certified to teach Kinderdance programs to young children in India. Kirthana is the executive director for Learning Parachute and the Kinderdance International India Area Developer and Franchise owner. Her love for education and passion for dance motivated her to work with young children. As a Certified Early Childhood Movement Specialist, she brings Kinderdance programs to young children on site at child care centers, preschools and other child care facilities throughout India.
Kirthana purchased her franchise in 2009 and in a few years has become a “Top Kinderdance Producer and Leader”. Ms. Ramarapu has been awarded “Rookie of the Year”, in 2013 and “Franchisee of the Month” in 2012 and 2014. Since starting her business she has been continually growing her sales, student enrollment and expanding to different areas of India with sub franchises. As a Kinderdance Area Representative she has mentored and developed many sub franchises. Kirthana continues grow and excel. Soaring to new heights, Kirthana has been nominated in the Top 500 Young Indian Women Achievers and recognized National Entrepreneur Network (NEN) for 2016. Vruchika Jain holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and completed her MBA in finance from Gujarat Technological University. Vruchika was so impressed by the “total child program” and teaching methods of Kinderdance that she left her job to pursue a career with Kinderdance. Pragya Mittal holds a Bachelor’s degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and completed her Masters MBA in finance, 2016 from Gujarat Technological University. Pragya searched for a business opportunity that blended movement and education. She found Kinderdance and liked the way Kinderdance provides education through the dance and movement.
